Since i was a child, i always do countdown  for Christmas  because im excited to decorate our Home, Buying New Clothes for Christmas Party, Preparing for Exchange gifts, and Help my Mom in cooking our meal for Noche Buena and MediaNoche..so when the Ber Months start, me, myself and i is so busy planning many things for this special season. i never feel the stressed when i was a child. because all i know to enjoy!

But when i become a Mom, and have my own family, i started to feel the pressure and stressed of celebrating this season. I realize that being a Mom perform a lot of role and effort this season. Although it is the Happiest Month, it is also the Tiring and stressed season specially to all the Moms/Working Moms like me. i need find time to manage everything despite of my officework. I need to balance everything and find it stressful because of all the activities, shopping, preparations, parties and specially the traffic jam nearby shopping malls. and last but not the least..

5. Take Vitamins

It is very important to take Vitamin, specially Vitamins C. because December is one of the cold months of the year, which everyone is prone to have colds and flu. Taking Vitamins C. is very important this season because it boost our immunity and protect us from Holiday sickness and helps protect our cells and keep us healthy,".

so we better choose Fern-C.

Why Fern C? FERN-C has boosted our immune system. It is a potent anti-oxidant that increases body resistance against infectious diseases

Fern C is a  sodium ascorbate that may boost the immune system by attacking the nucleic acid of the virus.*  This antioxidant vitamin fights with bacteria until they’re dead.*

It may also act as an antioxidant that can help to combat free radicals, allowing your immune system to be better equipped to combat invading bacteria and microbes.*

One of the best advantages of a Sodium Ascorbate is this is a Non- Acidic Vitamin C. that does not cause stomach upsets unlike Ascorbic acid.

What makes sodium ascorbate more special?  is its alkaline content that counter-balances the acidity of ascorbic acid. Because sodium ascorbate dissolves faster than ascorbic acid also
sodium ascorbate stays longer within the body which can be beneficial for its antioxidant value. More to this, because of ascorbic acid’s acidic nature, more of it is flushed down from the body. Only 25 percent of ascorbic acid is consumed by the blood stream unlike sodium ascorbate which can be absorbed for about 95 percent. The other Good news is  sodium ascorbate may still be beneficial even for hypertensive people.
