As an employee working on a graveyard shift, drinking coffee at work is become one of my habit, the nature of my work needs a lot of focus and concentration because I monitor all media clips that my clients needed so before my eyes began to fall every midnight. I need to sip a cup of coffee so ill be back on my focus and never miss any single clips for them.


How it benefit?


1.    Studies said that people who drink more coffee have been found to be less likely to suffer Alzheimer’s disease later in life

2.     Drinking coffee and long period of time may reduce a risk of having heart disease

3.     Coffee protects the liver specially against cirrhosis and liver cancer

4.     Coffee improve short term recall, as well as improved reaction times

5.     It prevent type 2 diabetes

6.     Decrease the risk of developing gout in men over 40

7.     It improves energy level and make you smarter because it contains a stimulant   called caffeine

8.     Coffee can help you to burn fats

9.     Coffee is the biggest source of Antioxidant

10     Coffee improve Physical Performance


Coffee is actually very healthy. It is loaded with antioxidants and beneficial nutrients that can improve your health. But we always know that everything has a pros and cons. But whatever it its always remember to drink coffee moderately because to much is not always ok.
